Orders & Shipping

We send all shipments within Bosnia and Herzegovina by courier service, that is, by express mail. Payment is upon collection. From the moment we send your order, it will be at your address in 1-2 days.

For shipments outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we send by registered mail via Pošta BH. We cannot predict the delivery time in this case as it may vary from case to case, if your shipment is held at customs or similar. We can send you our tracking number so you can track where your shipment is.

For shipments within Bosnia and Herzegovina, you can choose payment is cash on delivery, i.e. upon receipt of the shipment, or you can pay with PayPal service.

Yes, we ship internationally and worldwide.

However, if the country where you are located is not one of those listed, please write to us so that we can arrange delivery to your address.

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via contact form  for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy replacing process.

Yes, we are happy to exchange items for ones that fit you more. All items to be exchanged must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all their tags still attached.

If items are exchanged, customers must pay for return postage, customs fees, and full postage of the exchange item if these fees are applied.

If there is a difference in price for the exchange item, customers will be refunded/invoiced the difference.

Payments

For shipments within Bosnia and Herzegovina, you can choose payment is cash on delivery, i.e. upon receipt of the shipment, or you can pay with PayPal service.

At the moment we accept PayPal payments for international orders.

Shipping & Returns

Step 1: Please contact our Customer service with contact form here to start the return process with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product

Step 2: Put your items, back into the original packaging.

Step 3: Turn package over to the courier, please close the package securely.

Step 4: After we have received and checked your return package for eligibility, we will send you a exchage shippment with items of your choice or we will refund a full amount to your account.

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for exchange within 30 days of purchase. We do not accent exchanges from 3rd party retailers at this time.

However, we do not accept returns at this time.

If you received a shipment with contents that you did not order, the wrong color, size, etc., please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the correct shipment.

Please write to us immediately through the contact form.

In case you received the wrong order, we will send a courier to pick up the disputed shipment and send a new one. You do not bear the shipping costs when the shipment is wrong or damaged.
